Is the ball suitable for large dogs or destructive chewers?

The ball is designed primarily for puppies and small to medium-sized dogs. While durable, it is not recommended for large dogs with very powerful bite force (aggressive chewers).

Does it work on carpets and rugs?

It works perfectly on hard surfaces (hardwood, tile, linoleum). On thick carpets or long-pile rugs, its movements may be slowed down.

How do I charge the ball?

It's very simple! Open the silicone cap on the ball to access the charging port. Plug the included USB cable into any power adapter or computer port.

Is my dog afraid of moving toys, is this suitable?

The ball has smooth movement. We recommend leaving the ball off at first so your dog can sniff it, then gradually turning it on under your supervision to get them used to it.

How long does the battery last?

Depending on the intensity of use, a full charge can last between 2 and 4 hours of continuous play. In smart mode (standby), it can last much longer.
